My monthly rent for the total place 4600. My share is 1533 (3 people) And technically the total rent is 8900 based on some rent control laws and thats what they report to the govt and they give us a “discounted rent” for 4600.

I want to get a platinum credit card but my income is $1000 dollars short of the required annual income. What I’d like to do is just up my annual income by a thousand on the credit card application. Could I do this?

to refinace my home.i’m afraid if the refinance doesn’t get approve since my credit score is down what’s my other options ?

I have an account in Citibank with healthy balance and regular inflows. I have taken a few loans in recent times and did not default in payment. My credit score is around 560.
I also use my dad’s credit card (joint account) with huge credit limit and have excellent repayment history since I’ve been paying on this card for over 14 months. This would have been my own first credit card.
I’m in employment/business for last 3.5 years after completing college.

I applied for a credit card and the reason I got denied was
RATIO OF BALANCE TO HC FOR ALL OPEN BANK REVOLVING TRADES
What does that exactly mean?? If you don’t know please don’t answer.

I recently began my own business, and a friend recommended applying for a small business credit card. Though I have been using my personal visa and mastercard, she mentioned there are some cards available with fixed rates which work especially with small businesses. Other than American Express and the other major cards, are there any others out there that may be worth a shot?
