There is no fixed number for each inquiry, it is all calculated by the FICO scoring model against what is in your credit files at that time.

Are the good resources that tell you about the best unsecured credit card offers. I need to consolidate down from higher interest cards, but all I know is the sollicitations that I get in the mail. How do I research the best options? My credit rating is good.
